As well as superb mountain biking, bird watching and walking, with fishing in the beautiful Elan Valley's reservoirs nearby, locally visitors will find an indoor play barn, indoor activity centre, cycle hire and pony trekking. Rhayader's livestock markets, spectacular daily Red kite feeding station, pottery, Welsh Royal Crystal and leisure centre with indoor pool and fitness suite are 15 miles away as is the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells. Hay on Wye is close by and both the dolphins of Cardigan Bay and golden sands of the Gower are within a full day trip. Pub 4 miles, shop 6 miles.

Two bedrooms. Open plan kitchen/dining room with sitting room and patio doors to decked area and hot tub. Bathroom/WC with flush to floor shower cubicle. Double bedroom with 5' bed. Twin bedded room with zip and link beds (6' double by arr).

We had a great time. The location and lodge (log cabin) was fantastic, and the enclosed garden was great for the pooch to wander whilst we enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean and tidy, and everything you could ask for was included (including the weather). We have stayed in different cabins in the area and this was by far the best - very highly recommended.
